The Lead Investigator for Marshal Investigations
is a U.S. Army Veteran and a former Criminal Investigator for the U.S.
Department of Justice. He has located and apprehended hundreds of this
country's most violent fugitives as well as fugitives wanted by other
countries. He has apprehended several individuals profiled on the television
program titled “America’s Most Wanted.” He has conducted
investigations in more than 15 states and in four countries. He has
been recognized by the U. S. Marshals Service, Investigative Services
Division, for his achievements in combating Caribbean based Organized
Crime Groups. He has apprehended numerous U.S. Marshal Service, Major
Case fugitives. He has apprehended several San Diego County “10
Most Wanted” fugitives and worked several U.S. Marshal Top 15
fugitive investigations. He has worked investigations with agents from
the; Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Alcohol Tobacco and Firearm
(ATF), U.S. Customs, Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), U.S.
Border Patrol, Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), Federal
Bureau of Investigation (FBI), U.S. Department of State, numerous local
law enforcement agencies and several international law enforcement entities.
His investigative skills rank among the best in the country.
His is a graduate of numerous formal training courses to include; the
Technical Surveillance Course sponsored by the National Intelligence
Agency, How to Become a Great Communicator by Fred Pryor Seminars, Survival
Awareness by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Entry Team Combatives
by Hike Stalk Shoot, High Risk Entry by Close Quarter Battle Inc, the

E. Reid and Associates, The San Diego Sheriff’s Department SWAT
Academy by the San Diego Sheriffs Department, and Street Survival by

He is a proud member of the Federal Law Enforcement
Officers Association (FLEOA), the California Association of Licensed
Investigators (CALI), and the National Association of Investigative
Specialists (NAIS).
